1. Structured Packing Material Comparison Table Worldwide.

2. Structured Packing Inspection Steps:
- Each batch of structured packing shall be inspected by the quality inspection department according to the contract before leaving the factory.
- The appearance of packing plate shall be flat and free of rust.
- The peak height, wave distance, inclination and tooth angle of the packing shall meet the corresponding standards.
- The deviation between the accumulated length of the peak height of every 100 pieces and the accumulated length of the actual product 100 pieces is: the positive deviation is not more than 1h, and the negative deviation is not more than 2h.
- The diameter, Ovality and levelness of packing disc shall meet corresponding requirements.
- For the hole diameter d0, hole center distance t and fine grain on the plate, only visual inspection shall be conducted, and the hole shall be free of burr, and the holes and fine grain shall be evenly distributed.
- The allowable deviation of steel strip thickness shall comply with the provisions of GB / T 4239.
3. Structured Packing Marking, Packaging, Storage and Transportation
- Packing list shall be provided for finished structured packing, including product name, model, specification and size, manufacturer name and production date. At the same time, the product inspection certificate shall be provided, including inspection items, inspection date and seal of inspection personnel.
- The finished products shall be packed in cartons, wooden boxes, or wooden plates, and the packing tray shall be placed horizontally. The name and model of the product, the name of the manufacturer and the quality of the product shall be indicated on the outside of the packaging box, and the words or marks such as "strictly prevent humidity" shall be included.
- It is strictly prohibited to impact the product and rain it directly during transportation.
- Products shall be stored in a ventilated and dry room, and shall not be stacked laterally.
